2013 CARRIER PRESIDENT'S AWARD Gross Heating & Air Conditioning is a recipient of the Carrier President's Award...AGAIN! For six consecutive years, we've received one of Carrier's highest honors, the 2013 Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer President's Award.

President's Award recipients are dealers who excel in product and promotion while delivering superior service and customer satisfaction. Award winners must go beyond seeking growth by successful positioning of the Carrier brand. As a winner or the award, we have also agreed to serve as role models, share best practices and offer peer mentoring to help cultivate excellence among the factory authorized dealer group as a whole.
