During the installation, they found that the filter in our Aprilaire was dirty and needed to be replaced. Brad happened to have one in his truck and popped it in without us even asking! Randy was friendly, personable, clean but all business when got to the A/C unit. I appreciate the fact that he thanked me for my USAF service.
I requested his business card because the next time my daughter or I need any furnace or A/C work, he will be the one we call for !
